You guys really need to outsource to a new company for your games... and issues with IAPs


Big issue… I made an IAP and didn’t receive it… got a message instead even though I got charged for it that said “there was a problem with your purchase, contact (don’t remember the exact link)”
Contacted customer support (zendesk) as suggested in the message, and they are just as clueless here as they are in your War Dragons game.

I have NEVER had an IAP that I did not get immediately. So I don’t know where this guy is coming from… seriously, it’s a new game. Make sure your support desk people have a basic understanding of how mobile games work…

Also, the latest guy thinks I’m talking about War dragons…
