Seeker Missiles don’t seem to fire in The One That Got Away. Very frustrating

Is there anything that can be done before the weekend? My son has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and we had been considering this game as a group activity… it literally can’t as it is. Any help at all?
Maybe at least refunds for those of us who spent cash to try your game in good faith?
