Loosy, device transfer questions like this one are best brought to our support team at wildbeyond.zendesk.com, or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven’t reached out to us there, please do! If you’re moving to a new device, make sure to copy down the Support ID from your existing game first. Then, play through the tutorial on the new device, and include both Support IDs in your ticket request so that we may commence the transfer. Hope this helps!
